Refund policy

Reflection period of 30 days in the EU
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and displayed by your bank or credit card company.

For any custom-made creation, the return period is 60 days, which means that you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
